Start your new year grounded in reflection with meditative writing and vision board collaging in this workshop guided by Kelly of Odette Press and Leigh of Indigo & Violet Studio.
You'll explore ways of bringing together breath and presence into an intentional journaling practice, and learn a few simple, supportive practice to infuse focus, balance, motivation, and steadiness into your writing practice. After, you'll let your intentions inspire you as you use collage materials to create a visual to guide you through the year ahead. Meet Kelly + Odette Press:
Kelly Odette Laughlin is a Chicago-based teaching artist, writer, and creative guide and the founder of Odette Press. Her practice is an infusion of movement, ink, breath, paper, water and lyricism, drawing from a deep connection with the senses and nature.
