Paper Floral Workshop - May 17
Join us for our next virtual Trash to Treasure workshop where we'll turn books into bouquets!
Craft with us to make a paper bouquet that will stand the test of time! Grab a ticket for mom as a belated Mother's Day activity or invite a friend that could use a crafternoon. Turn your magazine or book pages into a bouquet, wreath, magnets, or even embellishments to a picture frame or bulletin board to brighten up your work from home setup.
We encourage you to use what you already have in your home to avoid shopping trips or ordering non-essential items - feel free to adapt any of the materials below. If you have any questions about what you have on-hand please feel free to reach out.
Sunday, May 17 - 1-2:30pm (CST) via zoom call (link to be sent approx. 24 hours prior to class)
Here's what you'll need:
- 35 book pages or magazine sheets - we'll use 5 sheets/flower (approx. 4x4)
- Glue - we'll be using "tacky glue" but you could use any school glue or hot glue
- Sticks, straws, or pipe cleaners for stems - or you could replace stems with magnets or wire to attach to a wreath
- Scissors or paper cutter
