Watercolor Workshop - October 25
Join us for a watercolor workshop with a fall theme!
Our watercolor workshop is back!! This is a great introduction to watercolor or a fun seasonal refresh if you've painted in the past or joined us before. We'll start with watercolor basics and abstract shapes and end with fall leaves and a wreath. We use our camera/projector combo to demo small painting details to the group so seats are limited. Share the experience of watercolor with friends and loved ones - solo crafters are always welcome and encouraged too!
We will start with watercolor basics - wet on dry, wet on wet techniques, mixing colors, and finish up by painting a variety of leaves and then combine them into a wreath! This will be a casual activity and paint your own adventure with painting tips, inspiration, and examples. It's a process-oriented one and no prior painting or drawing experience is needed. Relax and enjoy the fluidity of watercolor. Bring your own snacks and drinks if you'd like.
Sunday, October 25 - 12-2pm - Indigo & Violet Studio - 1411 W. Irving Park Rd.
